Windows 7 disable ctrl alt del group policy

Is there a way in the registry to disable the ability for a user to press control alt delete from within Windows?

Ive found guides on how to disable it at the login screen but I want to disable it when they are already logged in. Ergodic Systems, Inc. Oftentimes applications aren't actually frozen.. In this case waiting a few extra seconds is certainly a better option than risking either not charging or double-charging a customer. There also exists the potential for users who think they know what they're doing killing important processes, rather than just applications.
