I found very little of either quality here. At least half of these idioms are quite common in U. English, give or take a word or two. Some entries did have context noted, but not many, and others could have used some more. There were also terms where the reader is assumed to know more than we might.
Wasn't that what was trying to be accomplished? One example: the entry for "went down like a cup of cold sick" does not explain that "sick" in this context refers to vomit, a usage not common in the U. A few nuggets, but could have been SO much better.
